What are the challenges?
Challenge 1: Cadence Challenge
Challenge Duration: 19th March 2020 (Thursday) to 24th March 2020 (Tuesday)
Challenge Mechanism: Record a 3 minutes indoor run 3 TIMES on different days within 19th March 2020 to 24th March 2020 and achieve 170 average cadence in every activity to earn ONE Garmin Squad attendance.

Challenge 2: Calories Challenge
Challenge Duration: 25th March 2020 (Wednesday) to 31st March 2020 (Tuesday)
Challenge Mechanism: Perform HIIT circuit (1 minute workout - 30 seconds rest) 3 TIMES on different days within 25th March 2020 to 31st March 2020 with this training menu(plank-rest-sit up-rest-push up-rest-squat-rest) and burn 200 calories to earn ONE Garmin Squad attendance.

Challenge 3: HR Challenge
Challenge Duration: 18th April 2020 (Saturday) to 24th April 2020 (Friday)
Challenge Mechanism: Record a 10 minutes activity (using run mode) 3 TIMES on DIFFERENT DAYS within the challenge duration period. The challenge is to hit an HR average of 120BPM for a 10 minutes activity. Complete the challenge to earn yourself ONE (1) Garmin Squad attendance.

Challenge 4: Distance Challenge
Challenge Duration: 8th May 2020 (Friday) to 21st May 2020 (Thursday)
Challenge Mechanism: Record a 5KM run 4 TIMES on DIFFERENT DAYS within the challenge duration period. Complete the challenge to earn yourself ONE (1) Garmin Squad attendance.

How do I join the challenges?
1. Download Garmin Sports app.
2. Login with your Garmin Connect ID & password.
(Compulsory: Edit your nickname in Garmin Sports profile and put the last 4 digits of your IC number, example at the bottom)
3. Go to ‘Training’ tab & join ‘Garmin Squad KL/ Penang’.
4. Join course ‘Virtual Challenge 1’.
5. Click on course outline, and click on training plan.
6. Send the training plan to your paired device.
7. Perform the course under Activity > Run > Workouts/Training Calendar.
8. Perform the challenge.
9. Sync the workout to Garmin Connect and it will appear in Garmin Sports.

12. Admin will record down your attendance by tracking Garmin Sports results.
