Where We Ship
We are able to ship to to addresses in both West and East Malaysia. If you will like us to ship to an overseas address, please write to us at sales@aeco.com.my and we will be glad to assist.

Shipping charges start from (based on weight):
1. West Malaysia – RM12 and above
2. Sarawak – RM15 and above
3. Sabah, Labuan – RM18 and above

Headphones:
3 years (HX, H95)

Earphones:
1 year + 2 years (Ex - default 1 year + 2 years after register in B&O APP)

Speakers: 
2 years (A1 2nd Gen, Explore)
3 years (Beolit 20, Emerge, A5, Level, Beosound 2, A9, Stage)

ULTRAHUMAN
Warranty period
1 year

This warranty does not apply to: a. Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear, such as scratches, nicks and dents. b. Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occured due to a defect in materials or workmanship; c. Damage caused by accident, neglect, abuse, misuse, liquids, flood, fire or other acts of nature or external causes;d. Damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of Garmin/Bang & Olufsen/Ultrahuman; e. Damage to a Product caused by using the same outside of the parameters prescribed byGarmin/Bang & Olufsen/Ultrahumanfrom time to time;f. Damage to a Product that has been modified or altered without the written permission ofGarmin/Bang & Olufsen/Ultrahuman; g. Damage to a Product that has been connected to power and/or data cables that are not supplied byGarmin/Bang & Olufsen/Ultrahuman.
